Wellbeing has been at the heart of my work for over 15 years. I began as a registered dietitian in the NHS, helping individuals and groups improve their health and prevent illness. Through this work, I saw the powerful connection between physical and mental health — and how true, lasting change often begins from within.
Using coaching techniques to support behaviour change, I became passionate about empowering people to take ownership of their wellbeing.
My meditation journey started over 25 years ago with Raja Yoga, a spiritual practice that deepened my understanding of inner stillness and self-awareness. Later, I discovered mindfulness meditation — a practical, evidence-based practice that aligned with both my personal values and professional experience.
I trained as a mindfulness teacher with the UK College of Mindfulness Meditation, and have since led wellbeing retreats and mindfulness sessions.
I’ve coached managers through organisational change, supported individuals navigating career transitions, and helped teams build healthier, more joyful workplace cultures.
I hold a Level 5 NVQ in Professional Life Coaching and am a certified coach registered with the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
Live Me Happy brings this experience together — a space dedicated to helping people thrive through an integrated approach to wellbeing.
I combine three core areas of expertise to support both individuals and organisations:
My practice is trauma-informed, inclusive, and grounded in compassion, evidence, and lived experience.
At the heart of everything I do is a commitment to cultivating joy — in work, in life, and in the everyday moments in between.
Whether you're seeking personal growth, professional support, or a healthier workplace culture, I’m here to help you reconnect with what matters most — and move forward with confidence and clarity.
